Selling from Your Customers Point of View

When we discuss sales techniques, rarely do we consider the customers point of view. Many of us use  terms like prospecting, closing, overcoming objections, customer control etc.

Perhaps we can focus more on teaching our customer something new about their business, leading them through an evaluation process and making a selection based on best-fit.

Lets work with our customers, not on them.
